Setting an intention

Setting an intention for my day before I get up is a new habit for me. But I think it's a keeper. I've kinda refined it and most days it consists of 'be kind to myself' and 'stay conscious'. What I've noticed is that isn't as simple as just making the choice to do it, there is some actual effort involved, some days it's easier to do it than others.
