There's so much to do every day!
Meditate.
Do tonglen (take in pain, give out goodness)
Yoga.
Go over the yamas and niyamas.
Go over my lojongs (the slogans used to train tibetan buddhists)
Think about death and imagine myself as dead.
Try to visualize and feel my chakras.
Do trataka (candle gazing) for concentration.
Relax.
Try to feel into my core and examine my self.
Do archeology on past traumas. Try to feel clearly those ancient horrors.
Embrace my shadow.
Read something enlightening.
Open the heart wider.
Allow more pain and disappointment to be felt.
